Refund Policy

1. Policy Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all product orders purchased through this website. The policy specifies the valid period of return application, applicable return scenarios, refund processing procedures, fund arrival cycle and relevant expense rules. All users who place orders on this website shall accept and abide by the rules stipulated in this policy when completing payment transactions.

2. Valid Return Application Period

Users have the right to initiate a return application for purchased products within sixty days starting from the day when the order is successfully delivered to the designated delivery address. Any return application submitted beyond the valid period will not be accepted by the platform, except for special product quality problems confirmed by the platform through verification.
Users shall check the integrity and quality of the goods in a timely manner after receiving the package, and complete the return application submission within the valid period if return demand is confirmed. The platform recommends that users retain the original outer packaging of the goods within the return period to facilitate return logistics processing.

3. Applicable Return Conditions

Returns are allowed under the following eligible conditions. First, the product has quality defects including damaged structure, performance inconsistency with official description, and raw material non-compliance problems confirmed by objective verification. Second, the product packaging is severely damaged during transportation, resulting in inability to use normally. Third, users do not need the product for personal reasons and the product remains unused, intact and in original packaging status.
Products that have been completely used, severely damaged by human factors, or lost original packaging and cannot be resold shall not be eligible for return applications. The platform will judge the eligibility of returns according to the product status feedback and picture evidence submitted by users.

4. Return Logistics Rules

For returns caused by product quality problems or platform-side errors, the platform shall bear all logistics expenses generated by the return process. For returns initiated due to users’ personal reasons, users shall bear the return logistics cost by themselves. The platform will not charge any additional handling fee, service fee or hidden fee for any return application.
Users need to use the official return guide provided by the platform to arrange return delivery, and fill in the correct return logistics waybill number in the system. The platform will start the refund review process only after the returned goods are received, inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions by the warehouse.

5. Refund Processing Cycle

After the returned goods pass the warehouse inspection and the return application is formally approved, the platform will initiate the refund procedure. All refunds will be completed within five to ten working days from the date of approval. The refund fund will be returned to the original payment account used by the user when placing the order.
The arrival time of the refund fund may have slight delay due to the processing rules of different payment channel institutions. The platform is only responsible for completing the fund transfer within the specified cycle, and any delay caused by the third-party payment channel is not within the platform’s controllable scope.

6. Partial Refund Rules

For orders containing multiple products, users can apply for partial return and partial refund of individual eligible products without returning the whole order. The refund amount will be calculated according to the actual unit price of the returned product in the original order.
If the product has been partially used by the user but still meets the partial return standard, the platform will deduct the corresponding used part value according to the actual usage status and complete the partial refund of the remaining amount.

7. Rejected Refund Situations

The platform will reject refund applications in the following situations. Return applications submitted beyond the sixty-day valid period without confirmed quality problems. Products are damaged artificially after receipt and do not meet return standards. False return applications submitted by users for the purpose of obtaining improper benefits. Incomplete return information and failure to supplement valid evidence within the specified time.
