1. General Provisions

These Terms of Purchase constitute a legally binding agreement between this website platform and all registered users and purchasers. By accessing the website, creating a user account, submitting orders and completing payment, you fully acknowledge, understand and agree to accept all the terms and rules stipulated herein. These terms govern all transaction behaviors, order rights and obligations, and after-sales processing rules between both parties.

2. Account & User Qualification

Users must meet the age requirement of adult consumption in the local region to complete account registration and order placement. Users are solely responsible for the security of their account login information and the operation behaviors conducted under their account. All orders generated under a valid account will be deemed to be voluntarily submitted by the account holder.
The platform has the right to restrict account access, suspend order placement permission or freeze abnormal accounts for accounts with abnormal transaction behaviors, suspected fraudulent operations and repeated violation of website rules, to protect platform and user security.

3. Pricing & Currency Settlement

All commodity prices displayed on the website are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). The platform uses USD as the only unified settlement currency for all orders. All payment, discount calculation, refund amount settlement and expense accounting involved in the transaction will be completed based on USD unit price, and no other currency settlement method is supported.
All displayed commodity prices are the net sales prices of the products themselves. The platform will not generate hidden fees, service surcharges or mandatory additional package fees during order settlement. The final order amount paid by the user is consistent with the checkout amount displayed on the official settlement page.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Rules

After the order payment is successfully verified, the platform will process the order and arrange outbound shipment within 1 to 3 working days. After the goods are shipped, the standard delivery period to the user’s designated address is 6 to 12 days. The specific delivery time is subject to the actual progress of the official logistics network.
The platform provides global free shipping service for all commodities. All orders delivered to eligible regions will not generate shipping fees. The platform undertakes all cross-border tariff costs incurred during transportation, and users do not need to bear any additional customs-related expenses when receiving goods.
The platform does not provide expedited delivery services. All orders will be delivered in accordance with the standard logistics cycle stipulated above, and no priority processing channel will be opened for individual orders.

5. Order Modification & Cancellation

Users can apply to modify the delivery address and contact information of unpaid orders at any time before payment confirmation. For paid orders that have not been shipped, users can apply for order cancellation through the official channel, and the platform will initiate the full refund procedure after approval.
Once the goods are outbound and enter the logistics transportation link, the order cannot be cancelled actively by the user. If the user still needs to cancel the transaction after shipment, it shall be processed in accordance with the return rules stipulated in these terms and the Refund Policy.

6. Return & Refund Provisions

Users have the right to initiate a return application for any eligible purchased product within sixty days from the date of order delivery. All return applications must comply with the return conditions and status requirements specified in the Refund Policy.
After the returned goods are received, inspected and approved by the platform warehouse, the refund process will be officially started. All refunds will be completed within 5 to 10 working days, and the funds will be returned to the original payment account used for order payment.
The refund amount is calculated based on the actual payment amount of the original order. Discounts, promotional benefits and limited preferential parts in the original order will be recalculated in accordance with promotional rules during refund settlement.

7. Product Description & User Responsibility

The website displays product parameters, performance descriptions, material information and scenario pictures truthfully based on objective test data. Slight color difference caused by display device resolution and light environment does not constitute product quality problems. Users shall confirm the product applicability before placing orders according to their own usage needs.
Users shall use the purchased products in accordance with the official usage guidelines. Product damage and safety problems caused by improper use, storage or modification by users shall not be included in the platform’s after-sales liability scope.

8. Terms Update

The platform reserves the right to update these Terms of Purchase according to business optimization and service adjustment needs. The revised terms will be published on the website page and take effect immediately after publication. Continued use of the website and order placement after the update is deemed as acceptance of the revised terms by the user.
